These easy burgers made with Co-op 100% British beef are hard to beat.

INGREDIENTS
- 4 spring onions, trimmed and sliced
- 400g Co-op 5% fat British lean beef steak mince
- 1 Co-op British free range egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Large handful fresh parsley, chopped
- A little oil, to grease the oven tray
- 4 Co-op bread rolls, of your choice
To serve, ketchup or chilli and tomato relish, lettuce leaves and tomato slices
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas 6
- Put the spring onions into a large bowl with the mince
- Add the egg and mix together with the mustard and parsley
- Divide the mixture in half and then in half again to make 4
- Shape into burgers, using your hands
- Brush a little oil over an oven tray, put the burgers onto the tray and cook for about 10 mins
- Take the tray out of the oven, turn the burgers over and cook for another 5 mins, or until they are golden and cooked all the way through
- Serve the burgers in the rolls with the relishes, lettuce and tomatoes
