1. Prosecco punch (V) (GF)

Pour the juice of 3 limes and 180ml apple juice into a jug. Add 12 tsp Co-op clear honey and stir until dissolved. Add ice and 1 bottle Co-op prosecco. Clap 60 mint leaves between your palms to release the flavours and add. Stir and divide between tall glasses, with apple slices and a sprig of mint.

Set aside 6 slices from 411g can Co-op peach slices in grape juice then mash the rest with the juice to make a foamy purée. Take 6 glasses and spoon 60ml into each, along with 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 sprig rosemary, rubbed in your palms. Add ice, 120ml Co-op sparkling elderflower pressé, stir and garnish with peach and lemon.
3. Summer citrus ale (VG)

In a half pint glass, place 25ml Co-op London dry gin, 50ml Co-op pink grapefruit juice and juice of ½ a lemon. Add 2 tsp Co-op marmalade and stir until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice and top with 120ml Co-op IPA. Stir well and garnish with a slice of orange. Repeat for all 6.
