Toffee fudge hot chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tbsp Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade drinking chocolate
  • 1 litre Co-op semi-skimmed milk
  • 4 tbsp Co-op toffee dessert sauce
  • 4 tbsp squirty cream
  • 25g chocolate coated fudge bar, sliced

METHOD

  1. Place the drinking chocolate in a pan with the milk and 3 tbsp of the toffee sauce and heat gently, whisking, until piping hot
  2. Pour into 4 mugs and top each with 1 tbsp squirty cream
  3. Scatter over the fudge pieces then drizzle over the remaining toffee sauce
